By becoming a Registered User of GotMyFishOn! you must agree to abide by the following statements and the Rules of Conduct set forth by GotMyFishOn!. If you choose to violate the agreed Terms Of Service and Rules Of Conduct outlined below your account will be terminated.

Terms Of Service:

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE
   GotMyFishOn! maintains this web site (the "Site") for your personal use and information. Your access to and use of the Site is subject to the following Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. GotMyFishOn! may at any time revise these Terms of Service by updating this page. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms of Service. By accessing and/or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms of Service and any modifications hereto. GotMyFishOn! may, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate your right to use the Site if it finds that you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service or if it believes, in its sole discretion, that you have in any way abused your right to use the Site. GotMyFishOn! shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any claim or cause of action arising out of such termination.

2. SITE MODIFICATIONS
   GotMyFishOn! reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice to you. GotMyFishOn! also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to impose limits on certain features and services and to restrict access to any part or to all of the Site without notice to you. GotMyFishOn! shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claim or cause of action arising out of GotMyFishOn!'s exercise of the foregoing rights.

3. PRIVACY POLICY
   Your use of the Site is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Third-party web sites linked to the Site, including but not limited to our advertisers' sites, do not fall under the terms of our Privacy Policy. You should refer to those sites' own privacy policies to learn how they collect and use information about you.

4. GENERAL DISCLAIMER
   While GotMyFishOn! uses its best efforts to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the Site, it does not warrant or represent that the Site will always function or be error-free. GotMyFishOn! assumes no liability or responsibility for errors or omissions in the Site or for problems with its functioning. Your access and use of the Site are at your own risk. GotMyFishOn! SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SITE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO WITH INFORMATION OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE. 5. FORUMS
   A "forum" means any message board, chat room, user review forum or similar interactive service appearing on the Site. You must register in accordance with Site instructions in order to contribute to any forum. You may not post on any forum any material that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, invades a person's privacy, violates any intellectual property rights or that would otherwise violate any law. You may not use any forum in a commercial manner.

   You may not post material that solicits funds or that advertises or solicits goods or services. You may not post material known to be false. You may not post messages that contain stock touts. You may not post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component. GotMyFishOn! is not responsible for material appearing in any forum on the Site, except for material signed by an identified representative of GotMyFishOn!

   GotMyFishOn! is not responsible for screening material posted by users for libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark infringement, accuracy or for any other reason. GotMyFishOn! retains, however, the right to modify or remove messages or other material that it, in its sole discretion, considers infringing, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, stale or otherwise unacceptable for any reason. Whether or not GotMyFishOn! modifies or removes such material, users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages and postings.

   By posting any message or material on the Site, you give (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) GotMyFishOn! the perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive right to use your postings in their original or edited form in any medium now known or later developed, without any compensation for such use. You further warrant that any "moral rights" in posted materials have been waived.

   You acknowledge and agree that GotMyFishOn! may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the TOS; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of GotMyFishOn!, its users and the public.

6. INDEMNIFICATION
   You agree to indemnify and hold GotMyFishOn!, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any third party claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms of Service or your infringement (or the infringement by another user who accesses the Site using your computer equipment) of any intellectual property or other right of any person.

7. LINKED SITES
   The Site may contain links to third party web sites. GotMyFishOn! does not control and is not responsible for the contents or privacy policies of any linked site or of any link contained in a linked site. GotMyFishOn! provides these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by GotMyFishOn! of the site. Access to any linked site and participation in any activity or transaction on any linked site, including promotions sponsored by GotMyFishOn!'s advertisers, are at your own risk.

8. COPYRIGHT NOTICE
   All copyrightable text, sound, graphics and other material (the "Content"), the selection, arrangement and presentation of all materials, and the overall design of the Site are copyrighted by GotMyFishOn!, 2009. All rights reserved. The Site may also contain content that is owned by other parties, including but not limited to GotMyFishOn!'s advertisers ("Third Party Content").     These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. In the event of a dispute, both you and GotMyFishOn! agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Washington. GotMyFishOn!'s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by GotMyFishOn! in writing.

Fourms Rules Of Conduct:

GotMyFishOn! has put the following rules in place for all message boards to ensure enjoyment by all users. Our goal is to make sure these forums are a positive experience for everyone. Users who continue to violate the rules of posting messages in the message boards will be entered into a database of Banned Users. This information will include your IP address (a unique number assigned by your Internet provider), so we can track you—and ban you—even if you post under multiple names and/or email addresses. Posting using someone else's alias is strictly prohibited.

The popularity of our Bulletin Board System necessitates GotMyFishOn! to establish a more extensive list of rules for all forums. The establishment of these rules have been given much consideration by GotMyFishOn!. These rules have been established to create a professional atmosphere in all of our forums. All persons posting in these forums should be treated with respect and in a manner which will create an enjoyable positive experience for all. These rules are not contestable.

GotMyFishOn! has a selection of moderators who help patrol the posts and topics on these forums. These individuals have donated their time to assist us in making this a popular place to come share with fellow outdoor enthusiasts. Please keep this in mind and treat all moderators with the utmost respect. Though we strive to maintain the same objectives throughout these forums, it is impossible for us to always be consistent from one moderator or administrator to another. If you have a problem or have caught something you feel is in direct violation with the rules of GotMyFishOn!, please email us.

The staff of GotMyFishOn! reserves the right to remove any post, topic or person for any reason we see fit.

• No vulgar language or profanity
  This includes inappropriate words, inappropriate sexual references and other vulgar statements, including letters replaced in certain words with '$' or '!' and the like.

• No threatening, abusive or harassing comments.

• No Political Discussion
  It has been proven over and over again that political discussions can not be held in a civil manner.

• Users are allowed no more than one handle.
  Users getting multiple handles to post on the forums may have their posting privileges removed.

• No slanderous or libelous posts
  Knowingly making false claims about a company, organization or an individual are prohibited.

• No topics and/or statements which could be used to reflect poorly on angling, hunting, archery or firearms. Anti-hunting and other posts indicating a stance against the angling, hunting, archery and firearm industry will be removed.

• No harassing or chastising another angler for keeping his legal limit of fish.
  Any user that harasses or chastises another angler for keeping his legal limit of fish will be removed. GotMyFishOn! encourages Catch and Release however there are daily bag limits set in place by the WDFW. Harassing others on GotMyFishOn! does nothing but cause arguments and fighting. If you wish to change the bag limit laws contact your local WDFW official.

• No discussion or challenge to our editing policy are allowed within the forums.
  If you disagree, or want clarification as to why a particular topic, post or individual was removed, you must email us. GotMyFishOn! moderators, administrators and staff will NOT respond to any inquiries or challenges of these rules or decisions on the public forum. However, we will try to respond to email inquiries.

• No advertising or product marketing. No commercial ads allowed.
  An advertisement is categorized as an outright attempt to solicit business. Any such posts may be removed. (Paid advertiser's have some exclusions)

• No buying or selling of items
  The message boards are not to be used for buying or selling of personal items or products. This also includes "Wanted/Looking For" ads. Any such posts may be removed.

• Do not engage in "flame-wars" or excessive exchange of confrontational postings. Debate is important, but users should not try to "pick a fight."

• No spamming
  Do not post the same message in every topic with different titles, but with the same message. Only post your message into the topic it most relates to.

• Posting False Information
  User who choose to deliberately post false information will lose posting privileges.

• While we encourage lively debate, we will not tolerate personal attacks.
  Any person attacking another forum member, will receive a warning and have their message removed. Any future incident thereafter, will result in that member being removed from the forum.

• Please keep topics to the nature of that board.
  This is an outdoor related site.

• Members are to respect the designated TOPIC AREAS when posting their message.
  This includes off-topic and sales information that does not belong in the Main Forum area. Those who post messages not relating to the topic area, will have the threads closed or the posts deleted.

• Posts directed to a specific person can be considered off topic and will be deleted by our moderators.

• Forum rules and guidelines are not up for debate. This is not a democracy, but rather a private forum. Anyone openly debating the rules we have set in place will be removed. Moderators of this forum are not to be argued with when enforcing forum rules and guidelines. Anyone arguing with a Moderator against disciplinary measures will be removed from the forum. We reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless, GotMyFishOn! and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s). We reserve the right to revoke your membership to the forum or disable your posting ability for any or no reason whatsoever.

We at GotMyFishON! also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a continual harassment, complaints or legal action arising from any message posted by you.
